I just coloured my S13's dash lights red i pulled out the dash to see what type of bulb it took so i could by some coloured globes to suit ; i went and brought some and then after fitting them i found some smaller sized globes that i should of changed aswell si i pulled out the dash so i could remove the red globes i just brought as the dash looked shit with some red bits and white bits so i thought about putting some spray paint on the smaller globes the i remembered that i had some red lens die for brake lights in the shed i found it and painted the small globes red I now have a red dash at night it looks good i would post pics of it but i dont have a digital camera and taking a normal photo of it seems like a waste of time.
I also painted my parking lights red with the lens die and the interior lights red aswell it looks good so if you want to change the look of your dash ( at night anway ) this is a cheap way of doing it as a bottle of lens die will cost sweet fuck all and will do umpteen cars. if you dont want red you could always try your local arts and craft shop for glass paint this should come in a wide varity of colours so you can have a custom night time dash and interior lights aswell.

You have 8.5mm and 5mm push in type the same as the parking lights the dash is easy to pull out only about 10 screws and the dash is out but you are best buying some glass paint as the coloured globes are a rip off 2 for $10 im not sure on the cost of the glass paint but you could always use some nail polish just see you wife/girlfriend

definition of rice - a cost to make your car look fast/good when it is not, instead of buying go-fast bitz!!!!!!

Looks good well i like it and its different if you want to get a better idea on what it will look like without pulling the dash apart just buy or use a spare globe in you parking light as the numbers lines are white on the dash they will light up the same colour as the globe you tried in your parking light but remember you cant leave this globe in your parking light
its a simple and cheap rice mod

I was thinking about making a replacement instruments face. Taking off the old one and scanning it, and then changes colours, adding graphics, etc and printing it out on thin plastic.

This seems like a perfect complementing mod.
