Well tom, i just bought a 91 sr20det silvia, im 18, turn 19 on thursday actually, completely clean record and only just cars and suncorp would insure me and it was about $4000, but that drink driving will really kill it for you

Michael, 19, from Blue Mountains, West of Sydney. Had my S13 for just over a year. 1993 Silvia Club Q's, manual Apexi 2.5 inch exhaust with extractors, rear strut brace (but no front???), factory LSD. Used to have quickshift kit but removed for insurance purposes.

Hope to one day put in an RB20DET with upgraded turbo, big front mount, huge exhaust, fresh paint.

Decisions, Decisions. Only decision is what intercooler to get, and how much extra boost you will run when you fit the intercooler.

Yo XR the Pulsar has a sports exhaust and air filter ( not on car ). Yes those were the days gotta love the pulsars!!!

Tom - dude Shannons prob. will insure you if not Just Cars will be the only other place, oh hang on i heard Suncorp did insurance but its a mixed group of stories. Do some research now.

hi all,
i have a 89 s13 ca18det the car has a pwr fmic,vg30det turbo,3inch exhaust from the turbo back,z32 afm with rechipped ecu,larger injectors and a large sound system and dvd in car system and 16 inch pcw wheels the engine is coming out next week and a rb20det is going in complete with manual box,larger turbo,external wastegate,bigger injectors and aftermarket ecu.

I'm alan from canberra i drive a silvia Q's, thats right no turbo =(. But it was worth it cause i got such a good price, mind you the love of all silvia's and need for a turbo has got the better of me. And after owning the car only 9 weeks i'm selling it for the wonderful 180sx! I have a fair few mods on the silvia right now but as i hope not to own it longer then another 3 weeks i wont bother listing them, i'll keep everyone posted on what happens to the 180sx

1eighty - what colour?? saw a few when i was at Nats including the cool SyndicateSilvia flip paint one. Have fun in the nations capital with the Feds....
