please make it a common bank as well (eg CBA, National, ANZ or such) as I've had problems previously doing a DD to other less common accounts (Suncorp, ING etc) as they dont have any branches (or maybe 1 in the city) making it hard to transfer funds unless you have internet banking.

Just an idea :)

I wish :P Tried that a while ago but no donation to date :P :)

As for the account, it will be a Woolworths Ezy Banking account which is basically done by Commonwealth Bank. This is because these accounts dont have FEES, if we were to open a proper account we would be charged $5-$10 a month just for fees and that kinda eats away at small donations very quickly :(

Well Done Guys.

Its great to see the progress happening, and to think the old forum (aus-cartalk) help start it, makes me feel very proud.

Maybe with the donations you could rank it as a star in the avatar section for every $25 dollar amount reached, ie $10 half star, $25 fullstar, $50 2 x stars, simply yet effective.

Again guys, great job, well done and look forward to being part of the future with silviansw!

I hope the account is with ING.

and if you ever amass a decent sum of money, you should consider investing chunks of it, then you get even more money, and can do even more for the club.
