You've answered your own question, just by asking it. If you have doubts, look elsewhere.

The seller is lying through his teeth. excellent condition, mature owner, only driven on weekends, yet it's a repairable write-off...

Run away,screaming...

Don't touch it.

For not much more you can get a genuine low km good condition one that hasn't been intimate with a light pole.

Just been looking around still, there is not much really available in an auto for S15's and I came across this

http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/pri ... 1&__N=1216 1282 4294963593 4294963846 898 1621 751&MileageTo=751&__sid=12CBB5769808

doesn't look bad (well the back doesn't anyway)

No photos of the front, side or even the wheels mentioned in the ad is just weird though

Worth a look if the rev check shows no issues.

I'd prefer an r34 to an s15 as a daily too. The skyline interiors are just nicer places to be when you are driving in traffic

Do you or anyone else know what its like on petrol?

Ive been on one a while ago and remember it was much bigger than a 200.

Ive test driven a few 200's over the past few weeks and its soo strange getting back into one after being in a merc for so long, it was tiny inside, i kept asking the guy does the seat go lower or is this it.

im going to have to second that one, going to start shopping around for a 4door 34 early next year when my sil80 comes of the road perminatly im almost tempted to look at some 4dr 35s there super neat inside, we need something far more practical for the everyday car and besides its nice getting around in something thats not red hot every now and then hahas...

RB's are pretty heavy on fuel. My C34 Stagea used to go through ~60L for 300-350km.

The R34 Sedans/Coupes will be better as they're moving less weight than a Stagea, but they will easily drink more than an S series car.

Shift kit the auto, throw on a big trans cooler and go for it!
