just browsing ebays for misc turbo's
i come across an s13 convertible?!

Is there really 1 of 500 ever made?
does anyone know anyone who owns one? im so clueless of this!
i just found it interesting! i know there are the s15 convertibles , forgot what they are called starting with "v"..

call me gay i dont care i see that s13 convertible as such a girls car! i'm somewhat attracted to it... :o

S15 convertibles are called Varietta's. only in non-turbo i believe?

i have never heard of a factory convertible S13. are these real?

Yes, they are real. Like the S15s, they were produced by Autech.

They all came out with a CA18DET automatic, but there are plenty with SR20DET swaps.

Some are damn hot...but the price is justifiably higher.

yeah you could get s13 convertables from the factory

they were very expensive so very little were made, <1000 i think

*EDIT * (i think pete is right because they came out when s13s first came out from memory and were CA)they all came out in SR NA auto from memory not sure though


there are a couple in australia, a stock one was going for about 13-14 g from memory in SA a few months age

the images don't work (probably due to our firewall)
I just thought it was interesting. learn something new every day; s13 convertibles exist! 8) i'd deffinately get one if i had money comming out of my arse
