http://waterpoweredcar.com/hydrobooster2.html

Some guy on a FORD forum ( http://www.fordmods.com/forums/boost-mileage-with-hho-gas-t59449.html ) made a homemade one, and was getting results.... I kinda got bored after reading the first two pages, but some of the technically minded people on this forum might be interested.
