The wheel is a Racinghart Cr which has a chrome dish, can this be fixed? if so who does it?

any competent welder can do it - but there are specific wheel repair places. magman at punchbowl is excellent, and there's another guy at moorebank that is really good too (he's a family friend, i can dig up his details if its convenient for you).

ok i rang Mag man and he said he cannot do it cause it is chrome.

Can anyone tell me if Racing Hart rims have a chrome lip or a polished aliminium lip?

Hey Marshy,

Unfortunate about the wheel. The lip's on Racing Hart CR wheels are polished alloy. When you ring a repairer next, let them know you have a soft alloy lip. Some places will not even atempt to repair hard alloy lips.

morton and may. They are in an industrial estate near livo westfields.

They repaired a fairly nasty bit of rash on an old set of rims that no one else would touch.

Would these places be able to fix a rim that is buckled at the hub? That is u can't tell the rim is damaged until you put it on a spinner, then it goes wild wonkey.
