SR8

Based on the SR3, the SR8 is a more extreme version intended for street and track use. The SR8 also features the largest engine Radical has ever put in their road cars, with the 2600 cc Powertec RPA V8 constructed by combining elements of Suzuki inline-4s, and producing 363 hp. A further variant, known as the SR8LM, increases the engine to 2800 cc and brings power output to 455 hp. The standard SR8 currently holds the lap record (6 minutes, 55 seconds) for road legal cars at the Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit.

The base model GT-R has hit 7:29 around the Nurburgring in stock JDM trim (although I'd assume the speed limiter has been deleted).

That site doesn't say faster than 7:29. It says it ran it at 7:29.

Holy shit I'd need 3 dick sacks to get even close to driving the way that guy did. :o And he drives 1 handed too at one stage wtf :lol:

I saw a black R35 on the back of a truck today, outside my work. If it hadn't been raining I would have gotten out of the car and taken some photos. I think the driver of the truck thought I was weird driving past, chucking a u-turn, and going back for another look. :P

I also saw a couple of R33 GTRs on the back of trucks down the road, is there some sort of GTR thing on at eastern creek today or something? (my work is just up the road from Eastern Creek).

They may well be from interstate for the super lap time attack at Oran Park tomorrow. An R35 GTR is running, so that may be the one you've seen.

Personally, i'm going to see the Land Cruiser carve up clubsprint class. Apparently it's quick!
