Ok... In a last ditch attempt to mold the car into something i like in silvia's that could try and stop me selling it and unpredictably getting defected I've done the following.

Here is what my car looked like just over a month ago
Image

It included a really loud 3' zorst
stiff as shit JIC coilovers
2' gutted catalytic converter (wich i didnt do)
lose connections in engine bay
dodgey pod filter
bald tyres i neglicted to fix
scratched/painted rims dirty
car hasnt been washed in a few weeks

This is what it looks like now.

Now Has a Stock exhaust with a 3' high flow catalytic converter. I never knew the stock exhaust sounded that quite! and im LOVING it.
Podfilter is now enclosed thanks to a nifty idea of in4minus'
got new sr20 rims wich had been polished up, got some new tread all round.
It has a much more comfortable suspension, Kei Office coil overs rear, lowered suspension and shocks front.
Rear and front strut braces thanks to Ronin . the car feels absolulety brilliant.
got my 2 way installed on Wednesday finally after paying the bloke 2 weeks ago todo it for me.
Gave the car a wash, and looks brilliant.

All up.
My love in Silvia's are back :)

Looks heaps better man!

A few suggestions:

Look into getting a kit, perhaps even a Nismo front bar, with side skirts and pods? They would make your car look sexy as.

Also, get some decent aftermarket rims. Drift teks are pretty cheap second hand, and are of decent width.

Does it really matter to you what a bunch of random clowns think?

If you're happy with it, great. If you're over it then get rid of it and move on.

P plate is a bit slanted

What you should compare is the before and after dyno (or lap) results.

Obviously a car wash will make it look better. The only major exterior modification I can see is the removal of the spoiler, which by the way you have forgotten to mention :D

it looks like you just washed it, dirty/clean lol.
if you want less attention for the police, buy a falcon and deal with it.. your in a dirty nissan so they aint going to like it.
or have your car not at its fullest potential but still o.k, then it will be road legal etc.
