Ok, so Today i swapped my entire suspension over, earlier attempts where failed until someone showed me the basic concept of a "breaker bar"
we used a vacuum cleaner pipe on a small ratchet, but the large ones are GOD.

How did god create such an invention Is beyond me.

This tool could eliminate time, effort and increase safety which seems to be a big beneficial on my part.

Anyone else use one?

I have a 80cm long piece of 20mm box steel from bunnings which cost me 15 bucks, been using it for years on the end of my ratchets as a breaker bar, awesome stuff but you need a good ratchet though as you can put so much pressure on it you can destroy the internals of crap ratchets (ive gone through 6 or 7)

I've got a couple of different breaker bars. They are a handy unit

I have broken more breaker bars than ratchets.

I broke a torque whench doing the pipe trick trying to remove the 36mm nut on the drive shafts.

I tend to go with a short breaker bar (~400mm) with a bit of pipe when needed as you can't always get at stuff with a longer one.
