ok long story short we have sold all the cars in my family due to upgrades.
As you will see in the other thread my dads looking for a cheap economic car(leaning towards) the suzuki swift and im in the market for a s15.
I was going to hire a car from thrifty or avis or no birds but most of the ones around my area don't have any small cars only large ones and they are like $150+ a day so i was like hmm nah anyways so i was telling this girl im seeing my dilemma and long story short she let me borrow her car,now she won't accept money for lending me her car all she wants is her cars fuel to be on full..but im going to do a few things as a thank you gift while i have it as a thank you gift, plans are white walls and a exhaust tip,i don't want to spend too much so i figure these are the most effective mods i can do on a budget without going too tight arse
basically im wanting to put a exhaust tip on it..
and this is what i had in mind..

due to time constraints ie i don't have 3-5 days to wait while it comes off ebay then a day spare to go to a exhaust shop and have it welded up.and $85 plus 15$ postage and then welding is a rip off for just a tip..when it shouldn't cost more than 90$ all done ...So my question is does anyone know any exhaust shops that mite have something like this off the shelf drive in drive out,i don't wanna waste much time. i will ring a few places tomorrow im sure one will have it i am just wondering if anyone knows off the top of their head cheers.

so you're 100% sure she's going to want something like that welded onto her car?
I reckon she's going to be pretty pissed with you for changing things on her car without asking. especially something as tacky as that.
If I was you I'd stick to something safe like floor mats or seat covers, and give the car a detail.

oh man bad idea!!!

if she dosnt like it, she hate you for it....
its not worth it because she maybe say oh it looks so cute but in her mind she's thinking WTF!!!! did this idiot do to my car........

and then she end up spending money to get rid of it..

if you like this girl then i say "DONT DO IT! BE A MAN!DO THE RIGHT THING"

yeah i thought i'd ask some opinions before i went and blew $100 on something that she may not like..just being a girl i thought she would think it's cute lol   plus she is always pissed off with her brother driving her car so perhaps that will deter him from driving her car

i borrowed my cousins car for a few weeks on my L's. in return i got her car regoed for her, but i went to a nazi guy who went over it with a fine comb, $1400 for rego. hahahaha, i didnt have that uch $$ and so she had to pay. She told me her dad does her rego. im like oops.

Best idea, just give the car a detial, chuck a few chocolates on the seat, a kitten maybe, get laid, and be on your merry way.

As you all know, chicks and street directories don't mix

Get her a cheap to mid-range GPS. And then on the GPS, make your house a Favourite :)
