Nengun do take a little while to fulfill their orders - its around 1 month turnaround. However as you would know there is a bit of a delay on PowerFCs so I dont think its Nenguns fault here.

Yeah, they are a bit slow, but this does seem a bit excessive (unless you specified sea freight to save money as thats 2 months on it's own these days).

Probably best to contact them direct and get a proper answer rather than trust the automated responses.

I have bought quite a bit off them and the quickest I have seen is a month, the longest must have been around that 2 month mark and that was sending it the more expensive way.

I sometimes wonder if the whack your money in the bank for a month to earn interest so they can sell the parts cheaper and do more turn over...

Having said that I generally get excellent sevice from them.

Yeah I payed to have it posted the expensive way.
I would have be happy if it came in a month, but its 2 months and still no ems number that it has been posted.
if I knew it was going to be this long i would of bought it locally.

I've only dealt with nengun once and they were so slow that when the parts arrived, i couldn’t even remember what i ordered.
Perfectrun on the other hand only took 7 working days to deliver the parts.

I've used nengun twice before. the first order arrived inside a month. the second took about two months.
pricing was decent, and the gear DID arrive. they also have an extensive listing of parts for my car.

I've just had a bit of a look around the perfect run website, and they offer about a quarter as much as nengun does for my application. I might give them a go anyway and see what their service is like, but will definitely be going back to nengun for other items as they offer them, and the others don't.

nengun are slow but if you email them directly they'll respond with exactly why there is a delay and when its expected to ship. those automated emails are crap really...

deal with Jesse, he lives in Japan, it's cheaper (for all the stuff that I bought from him anyway) than nengun / greenline.

I bought my new VOLKS GTS 19" from him.... saved me hundreds....

justin

the parts that taki lists on his website are just the most popular parts people buy

if you email him he can get anything in as cheap and at time for me, better than nengun prices

i bought all my ikeya forumla arms off him as well as my nismo brake lines and some other goodies.

the thing which is best about taki from perfect run, is that he charges you for shipping LAST, once the exact cost is worked out. none of this "by weight" crap. He is honest and fair with the shipping cost he charges you what it costs him.

He also has a shop u can go to and see him to buy the stuff like i did, and paid with credit card in the shop etc.

and the best thing? excellent service, arrived in 3 days from japan. how is that for EMS!

Nengun fucked me around with my turbo i ordered T518Z, took over 1 1/2 months to arrive, but not before i had to pay even more cos they apparently fucked the order and got the wrong one so i had to pay a bit extra to fix THEIR error. And the fact i had deposited at the time $2500 into their account without a word from them for over 1 month. i thought i had been rorted and i got fairly depressed as my hard earned cash i thought it was long gone :(

yeah justin, you can just email the guys from perfectrun directly asking for things you need and they'll pretty much get anything. very helpful for me too as i had to ask them for three different invoices with other details to help with my customs issues.

you can see on the nengun website when you look at any item it says in description "usually ships from japan 10 (or 15) days after payment" thats a lengthy delay.
why cant they ship it immediately?

+1 for perfectrun; i love their service and delivery is 10000x better then nengun.
