hey locky,

i got some advice for ya brother..

with the speeding how much were you over by? if not much fight the charges. however, for the P plate incident if i was you i would fight the charge for that saying that it was displayed but may of gotten stolen or lost.

if this is your first offence as in first time u have ever lost a a point then you can ask for a pardon.

on the recording i may have ammited to the speeding but for some reason he might of not gotten me on radar

he said at first he "estamated my speed above 80km but then i broke heavily" and never said anything about what the radar said and only fined mr for 15 and under and i didnt ask for the radar report as i didnt wanna piss hime off if he was only giving me under 15 so my question is if he doesnt have radar but i ammited guilt can i still be charged

thinking about fighting the p plate thing though because i put a new one on thismorning and it didnt even last the 12 min drive to work and now i got non left

any advice

Do what I do and use double sided adhesive and stick them on to the front and rear windscreen.

he is suppose to show you the evidence, if he pulled you over... but if you admit to it then his got that all on recording. so you cant really fight that, but like i said fight the P Plate charge dude its worth it.

my mate ran a red light and he wrote a letter to the state debt collection office explaining his situation and was like writing all these technical bull shit and he ended up getting a pardon for it because it was his first offence.

Try it mate you got nothing to lose 8)

lol Yellow light!

Easy as cake.

write a letter and explain why you ran it, just say there was a car behind you and you didnt want to cause an accident, because you were really close to the line.

somthing like that. Only if it is your first offence tho!
