Unfortunately the server hosting our website suffered a major problem yesterday afternoon and as such was down until early this morning.

Our hosts have resolved the fault that was causing this outage and it should cause no further problems.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused, especially to Zei's whoring.

Regards,
Silvia NSW Team

The forum's a bit sluggish for me, taking ages to load.

Is anyone else getting this? Might just be my connection.

Its just you and your crappy NA internet connection :P (not offense intended to any NA owners apart from Magnet).

So people may have noticed that the site was down again from last night until very recently. I suspect it was either software or hardware issues on the webserver. Mayhem will give details when he logs on next

edit: It still seems to be a bit slow and flaky for me. Are other noticing this too?

Sorry about the disruption everyone. Apparently a hard drive failed on the server and took alot of things down.

UPDATE:

The issue affecting SilviaNSW has been temporarily resolved, due to hardware (hard drive) failure in our old server, we have temporarily moved to a new server while the problem is being resolved.

Once resolved there will be a small window of downtime while we are transferred back on to our normal server, this will occur in the next 48 hrs and should be scheduled for late at night when less affect is seen.

Appologises to everyone for the inconvenience this has caused.

Temporarily yes, once the issue has been resolved we will be down overnight as the site is moved back to our normal server....
