If you have spare room I would appreciate a lift out there.

When do the insurance company reckon they are going to give you some news on the situation?

The insurance company said they had to wait until the police report was done before processing anything. I called the police this morning to see if it has been finalised. Person in charge said they were asked to re-look into it further from higher up.

I am guessing the other persons story doesn't add up and they are going to look into further rather than just assuming the person with the sports car was at fault.

Really when you look at it, there is no reason for me wanting to wreck my car, and his story what ever it is didn't make sense. Fairly easy to see from the accident scene what has taken place.

Ok... well it seems that the police are going to send him an infringment notice from the accident so hopefully the insurance company should start playing ball soon.

I had an infringement notice within 10 days of being done by a fixed camera in a variable speed zone.
