I've had some coilovers from Perfect Run and it came fast and easy. The coilovers came in 2 boxes so I told Perfect Run to label each box with $400 and $500 in declared value respectively, so the total was under the $1000 tax free threshold. Worked out well. Sorry to hear they stuffed up.

i was under the assumption that perfect run will always label the parts they import with prices under the tax threshold limit to avoid things like this to happen, without the need for the buyer to ask them to.

bad luck dude, hope it works better next time.

AFAIK they put scales under each corner (tire) of the car simultaneously (jay sp?) and adjust the preload on the springs (with the spring seats) so that the car's weight is balanced one side to the other and opposite corners..

Ive been up for about 24hrs and someone can probably explain it better!

pursuant to tonight, the verdict on the new suspension is VERY GOOD. they're a little softer than HA's but thats the trade-off for a smoother and comfier daily ride. but enough turns of the damper clicker and problem solved!

proconcept did a very good job with the installation. josh is great to deal with. asked me what setting i wanted when i dropped the car off (i said just tein's standard for now) and he gave me some general advice when i picked up the car. also told me that my water pump is a problem because its seeping a little coolant :(

overall i'd recommend proconcept and will be going back to them in the future.
