I'd say it's more likely the local equivalent of the SES removed it after it fell on the car,and the car hadn't been taken away yet when the photo was taken.

that thing's probably been repaired and put back on the road...they won't let S13's dies over there.

I noticed that, too... was going to email them but didn't bother...

And yeah, if I remember the story correctly, it was parked and destroyed by a falling tree (think it was a storm, but not 100% sure) , no-one was injured
