nice, what rate springs did you get?

They come with 7 / 5 which I thought seems a very middle of the road setting from what I have seen posted, so I didn't feel compelled to change it. I want firm without harsh, I think they should fit the the bill nicely.

relevant costs were paid to appropriate people.. (strange question do I look like the kind of person that would go out of my way to avoid paying taxes, is my name is bond or skaise, and why wouldn't you pm someone a question like that??? questions questions)
They may not be changable, but since I don't want to change them anyway I am not going to loose any sleep over it
Suspension is going to be by the book if it kills me (which it probably will if I can't tweak something)
Ok so besides the bits in the pictures what else do I need to complete the picture?
Sway bar/s...
alloy spacers for the rear...
What bushes need to be changed and what brand do I use?

Sway bars and pineapples, All bushes would be nice but for starters sway bar link bushers are a good idea.

I want to try do this in one hit so I can minimise the cost of repeat wheel alignments. So I am trying to organise everything that need to go in now.

Just looking at the shocks sitting on the floor waiting to go in.

Look at the rear shock on the far right. Should I have recieved some kind of rubber bush to go in that hole down the bottom? Pretty sure there should be something in there.

lol, figured I needed to take a closer look, so I just did. there is a few mm thin rubber strip around the outside of that big hole.
The hole just seemed a bit big and with old cars you put a seperate rubber bush in the eye of shocky.

Last thing I wan't to do is start pulling the car apart only to find I need more parts. Just being a bit cautious as these are my first coil overs.

I have some upper rear camber arms coming so I wouldn't mind puting them in at the same time too.
