I get the pinky all the time, only from friends as a joke. If some random did it(when i wasn't cutting sik), i'd almost be inclined to get infront of them and jump on the brakes.

*LOL* that (the PIT) crossed my mind,I'll admit it. especially after she brake checked me the first time (I forgot to mention that in my first post).

there were too many other cars around though, and I didn't want to scratch my car. there was also the possibility that if I speared her into the centre cable barricades that she'd bounce off of them and take me out as well,so I binned that idea fairly quickly.

I was with the missus and her sister on the weekend in an underground carpark in Manly. This dickhead P plater in a falcon ute was screeching the inside tyres VERY LOUDLY as he went around the corners. Big man - we all know how hard that is to do on a polished carpark surface.

I was surprised to see my wife and her sister give him the pinkie though. The ad seems to be working on some level! :P

The heading in the artical in the paper says STREET RACER KILLS BALH BLAH then half way down it say (Police said yesterday only one vehicle was involved in the crash, despite the claims of a street race).

So they have a heading to get the avarage noobs to read it and then tell the truth half way down.

The people that work at the telegraph are a fucking joke.

Media bet up

One thing you notice is that if a crime committed doesn't involve young people driving, alcohol consumption (and its subsequent effect on mental faculties) is usually regarded either as a "mitigating factor" or the biggest contributor, depending on the angle the article takes.

When it is a P plater in a car crash though, its not the alcohol intake that takes the news article's centre stage.
