I could be wrong here, but i'd say he knows where to go pay his rego.

His post reads as though he's looking for a mech. that'd oversee a few problems to pass his car.

Ahuh, Looking for a mechanic that would help me out and also trust todo any major repairs instead of just going down to my local mechanic.
