So far the news is lookin good for me..

a few law people have said they will have a very hard time making a case of it..

this was then backed up when an actual barister contacted me!!!

I just had a look at your site then - Very nice!

I think it's a real shame that some company wants to take down a website that so obviously give a lot of help to so many students out there. I didn't do all that well at my HSC compared to the rest of my year, but if I'd had access that website or even known about it I bet I would have done better.

What about legal AID they represent people in court that cant afford legal representation they might write a letter for you but also think about contacting the media as they have there own barrister's and they might take on your case and help with the legal side of things and also you will get free publicity for the site
