that's Ueo Katsuhiro,one of the top 10 D1 drifters. his 86 is a little monster. tomei built engine running modified S15 management and ignition that spins to 10k rpm and puts out about 230hp.

try doing a search for 'ueo style' and you might find a .WMV version of the clip.
