whats the worst thing u ve ever bought for your car? something that u find it works so shit after u ve bought it or something u regret so much buying?

lowered k-mac springs?
$15 air fresheners that last 1 week?
a copy of "fast 4's" thats all on 1972 rotaries with 600hp each?
some slippery falken ziex tyres?

mine was a brand new 95 mitsubishi lancer glxi auto as my first car. i did it up with lowered kmac springs and sway bar, 15" tsw wheels, big turbo exhaust, self-painted fluro brake calipers, $100 spark plugs, and enough stickers for a freak show. the work was done at this place called Baz motorsports.

that car was crap and being my first car u id think its the best. all articles (if any) that i found at the time on the car said it was crap. i tried to tell myself that they were all wrong. those were the time when eg6 civics ruled. when i went to speed shops to waste more $ on that shitty car i got the vibe that the shop operators laughed at the performance and potential of that piece of crap.
luckily i saw the light when i crashed. i hate that car so much now, thinking back, that it was a good thing that accident.
and them kmacs...they suit that shitty car to a T

I had a 94 mazda 323 as a first car.
I got a full 2" exhaust mendrel bend, with a front pipe and hiflow cat
brought a 80 dollar air filter that didnt even do anything
got extractors that only made the car louder
Brought a fuel pressure regulator.

Fuck it was all a waste of money, in the end, the car still lost to a vti.
LOL

Lucky all the funds were sponsored by centrelink as I was studying.
