Maybe ask to see the footage yourself? If they say no go to the Police and tell them they are withholding it from you.

Go to the police and file something anyway. If it is a regular thing in the area they could search for prints or something.

I asked the guy how long it took for the camera to rotate and he just said "oh it doesn't just go in a circle, it goes up down left right" and shit, fuck it, they probably don't even have any real cameras, they're probably just there for looks. They wouldn't let me look at the footage either, that's the first thing I asked them. I'm not gonna bother calling the cops, they have never done anything useful for me in my life, except defecting my car and making racist comments. I'm just gonna swallow my losses and move on, it's not that big of a loss, just a piss off.
