do you receive a criminal record once you have lost all your points and get suspended for 3 months? someone mentioned that to me, which is why they have a 1 year probabation...can anyone confirm?

Its highly doubtful that you get a criminal record.

but no, you need to go to court to get a criminal record. things like that have to be proved by law etc.
