Last night at about 9:00pm I was going along Norton street and this black S13 was infront of me. I pulled up along side this person at the lights and gave a nod. The driver just looked at me, then looked away. WTF?
I really hope said driver isn't someone here!

Its probably because you don't look woggy enough, ya skippy poof. Get yourself some sik custom plates like, I don't know....FAT18T (just off the top of my head) and more bling, and he'll return the nod bro.

I agree, wear a bright red cap when u drive and install some subs in your car and he'll respect u and nod back.

Just curious, if there's a Silvia behind u @ a set of lights is it stupid to give a wave whlie waiting on Red?
i.e the risk of looking stupid if u get snubbed

Also, If there's a Silvia behind u and u're a lil gas-happy..is it 'RUDE' if u Shoot off fast when the light goes green which is what u would normally do if he was not there anyway?...the guy behind would think u're showing if probably.

1. Depends on my mood I guess and if they look like they "Sik Enough"
2. Only if they have been a smart arse, then they need to be taught a lesson, but this only realy applies to Bogandores and WRX's.

I would definately wave if it was an S13, id have to see think about it if it was an s14 or s15. Sorry guys, just been snubbed by too many old mid- life crisis guys to wave at S15s most of the time.

I always pay respect to any1 in an S13 or 15, u're right a lot of S15 drivers snub. I don't know why.

If u see a blue S15 with plates 'PAYAM' gimme a holla ! I won't snub.

I usually wave if the driver is under 40 or whatever, and looks like an enthusiast. I saw a nice Pewter S15 today with those Dronell D-power rims and he waved before I did! I guess they arent all bad.

I'm glad to hear it.

I'm always waving @ Zei, he's always too busy adjusting his hair too to wave back!

What happened was he was in front, pulled up at the lights and he signaled to turn right, so i went into the left lane so I was then beside him (i was going straight ahead). Lights were red for long enough for me to look at him, nod, and for him to see me nod, look away, then drive).
No high speed driving took place or anything, i just gave a friendly nod to a fellow S13 driver and got no response. meh, no big deal i guess, but, it's pretty rude

yep..what a dog! U get his plate we can snub this rude person next time?

FAT 18T plates would look quite dumb on a car that has an SR20DET in it... although, it is a 1.8l body so... could be fun to try and fool people.
Maybe I should just start taking the FAT 18L pulsar out again... everyone wanted to race that and be all hardcore around it... doesn't happen when I drive the S13 for some reason

I have a Blue S15 and believe it or not, i got more attention from the ladies when i smashed my s15 and i had a New model Red Commadore for 2 weeks! Nothing special, just an entry level one..@ lights, from pedestrians..i was getting a lot of 'friendly looks'. I was shocked, at 2 times cars full of girls were flirting @ traffic lights.

Odd, my friends explained it to me that girls like commadores cos that's about the only car they know what's not a BMW or Ferarrie. He reckons girls find guys in Commawhores attractive due to the whole 'my dad has one of those'....no idea personally. That's just what happened.

but it was a black S13 Ks (i think) with an asian driver. The plates were just normal ones, so not easy to remember.
oh well, life goes on.
Interesting to see that the rest of the silvia drivers out there aren't as cool as the people here (although I have met very few of you :p)

the last like... 6 or so times I have tried to wave, got nothing back = give up. (from S13/180's)

pointless trying with s14/s15 owners - most would have no idea what an S13 was.
