Even i wave to the odd s13,14,15 or 180 in my vortex,

often people wave back and say "what the jebus fork are you drivin' there son!" (obviously they have george bush accents) :P

then i drag raced a guy in a yellow s15 down broadway, obviously he won by miles, then he stopped for the next lights even though they were green and says "lets see you launch", so i cane it, then he catches up and we do the same thing at the next lights and he goes "hehe not bad for a piece of shit," then he turned off with lights flailing and arms oiut window and stuff.

was cool :D

all you poor boys who get snobbed by girls in your beautiful cars
dont worry, there ARE girls out there who appreciate a real car and not a commodore. me for example :D
if i see a guy driving an s13 or s14.. believe me, I look :P
S15's... most of the time i'll look if the guy is under 40

So I think your lack of female attention could indicate you are the problem, and not your car :P

Though sadly, it does seem alot of girls really have no idea what a decent car is... my 14 year old sister just loves to point out how great the riced up Prancers are... :(

got a pic of your sister?? :P j/k

its funny how young girls LOVE rice, its must be all the shiny componants that the ricers use that attracts them. chrome rims, chrome under the bonnet, neons, chrome interior with white leather etc etc. strobes can help too, but only if you drive around with a tight white bonds singlet on. thats the only way to do it! lol

LOL :D:D:D
Actually the shot at me re: commodores was a long standing joke between friends - more to the point MYS15T myself and my husband (who owns a few spastic commodores) we rev him up about it all the time :)
I drive a commodore every day as my 180sx is being rebuilt, and although I miss the 180, the commodore is great, it serves it's purpose. The difference between a car nut and a car enthusiast is that a car nut is able (not necessarily to enjoy) but appreciate all types of cars for what they are, and the amount of work that their owner has put into them. Thats my story anyways and i'm sticking to it ;)

I used to own a VT. I enjoyed driving it.. lots of power. but that was before i stepped foot into any turbo car..
When you're actually driving the commodore, its not so bad. its when you see them on the street as every 2nd car driving past, thats when they start to piss you off... :P
oh and notice how SO many commodore drivers just have to drive with their headlights and/or fog lights on in the middle of the day, whats the story there??

Coffs Harbour is shocking for S13 drivers, you wave, nod, flash lights anything and unless you know them, they turn a blind eye and think they are the only one in coffs with an S13 all pricks on red P's, i cant say much other than i'm on my Green P's :) at least i wave, blind selfish fcuks.
S15's are driven by old pricks here other than one (now gone to armidale to a bloke over 40- irony) 'DSTRYR' no plates, 220rwkW, full trust b/kit and 19" and RICE - dare i say it but i partially helped fit the two 2ft long neons on the underneath of the sills - 'for shows' he says, mmm

Was driving along Thornleigh the other weekend (the road in front of Maccas- sorry not from the area) but had an S13 driver wave at me from the petrol station. I haven't had my S13 for long but found that most drivers are pretty cool.

This all happened AGES ago (can't believe this thread is still going!)
I was in my S13 at the time.
I was pretty wrong to start this thread. I've since found that most s13 drivers are quite cool, even though I haven't driven my s13 for quite a few months now.
