Looks like he's done a runner or he's ill or something as no one can contact him. Got a mobile number for him that I'll try tomorrow but has anyone got any other suggestions on how to deal with this?

"These days its too easy to get away with fraud.

I have been watching the sale of P4 3.06 ghz over the last week and this guy had heaps of them going for about $100 under market value, plus heaps of other gear going just a cheap. Tonight I was very suspicious and started emailing all of the buyers of everything that he was selling, before he had any negative feedback. In the last few hours a lot of negative feedback has been coming in. But he must have got away with $10000's before anyone realised.

Check out his feedback

One of the buyers I emailed, replied back to me and she was stung badly by another guy a few weeks ago. He was estimated to have got over $50000

Check him out here

Both these sellers had a long history of good selling, the 1st guy though was just selling cheap junk, I assume to just get a good reputation so he will be trusted before he starts the racket

For any ebayers, make sure you check the sellers very carefully. Use the old rule, "if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is" or however it goes

One giveaway is they sell huge amounts of very popular and expensive items and often on very short auctions, like 1 or 2 days duration. That enables them to sell heaps quickly and get the money very fast before the negative feedback comes in. People will usually wait up to a week before they realise their purchase is just not going to come."

Martin,
I double as a Private I. If you need to know anything about anybody i can help if you get desperate. I can make anything happen.

I suggest to wait 3 weeks then come to me if it's not resolved.

Good luck with it.
Payam

I would be glad to help.

My rates are most unacceptable but the results are always pleasing.

I'm glad it was not you.

In that case that person does not get my services at the recieved 'SilviaNSW Discount Rate'.
