to be honest its more the money than the points, the points i can deal with, i have plenty available and it doesnt affect my insurance.

fill out the court thing on the back, you can't be any more punished, and its about $36 from memory to get a hearing witht he magistrate.

apart from $36, you got nothing to lose by flicking your side of it all out there.

is that all court fees are?? but then if i lose they can increase the fine yes??

well to my knowledge court fees vary and the cheapest its ever been for me is around 96 buks that is just court fees :D
also i think you might have to wait about a month but seeing that we are coming into christmas u might not get to court till around feb - march next year.

apparently if you dont get a court notice within 6 months the matter is closed and you dont have to do anything about it. kinda cool lol

Sounds like big dramas going on with u car, i hope things work out for ya. I been havin dramas with my car at work too, this "harry" junkie started bout 3 weeks ago n has been checking out my car every day since he first arrived, i was bout to deck him today when he set off my alarm but i kinda held back :(

Write a letter, because recently 3 of my fines got dropped and l havent lost demerit points when l was about to get 2 off. The letter said this was just a caution so that the authority dont lose face. I also wrote on the letter l will contest it in court too.
