okay wtf is going on with the prices.. for the past few eeks i fill up on say monday before i go to uni for about 83cents.. i come home and its 94 cents? then slowly drops down untill monday then goes back up its like this everywhere why the hell are they doing it???? if they paid a certain price for a shipment of fuel shouldnt it stay the same untill the next shipment???

Yeah I find that the shell out the front of my work is pretty cheap on Monday morning.
Got to love that one of those cheap-gas or whatever servo just opened up next door which keeps the Shell honest.

<rant> petrol prices are, and always will be, rorts... grrr. When the price did its major jump a year or whatever ago, up to the $1 mark for premium, it was "because crude went over USD$35 a barrel" but now that its back down around the $20/barrel mark, have we seen a nearly 50% reduction in price? I think NOT! </rant>

i saw some news item where they caught them price fixing on long weekends, some oil companies should try their hand on the stock market, with their dodgy experience they could take over the world.

Well it's getting expensive cause oil is hitting $USD27 a barrel.
