Sucks what happend, i had somethin similar to this with my old car... just kept putting it into reverse and first and going back n forth til the lights changed.. road rage mofos are fck'd up... they're basically spur of the moment criminals who have their very own get-away vehicle to speed off in..

I'm glad to hear you're ok. I've had my share of road rage incidents,and regardless of how big or small an issue they are,they're not fun.

the first rule if someone's following you in my book is to lose them. dive down side streets,turn off at the last second,do whatever it takes. in my own area,I head for twisty roads where there are plenty of little side streets that I know the back ways out of. a good handling car will see you clear on most occasions.

if you don't lose them,and are scared,go straight to the nearest police station and pull up out the front,and sit in your car with the doors locked and wait. if the nutjob stops,and tries to go you out the front of a police station,you'll have witnesses,who will also arrest him for you.


Don't get out of your car,leave the doors locked at all times,and don't stop at lights or such in a position where you can be boxed in. sit back a metre or so from the car in front,so in an emergency,you can dive out around them and escape.

with people under mor and more stress all the time,and with proper law enforcement at an all time low,and the numbers of crazy people being let out of institutions at an all time high,you need to be careful.

I also don't recommend carrying 'protection'. if you're caught off guard,or are not especially proficient,there's a good chance that any weapon you bring to a fight may be taken from you and used against you.

when it comes to road rage,you're already surrounded by a potent weapon - your car. if the situation is serious enough,don't be afraid to just take off,even if you have to hit your assailant doing it. better to get away with a ding in your guard and yourself intact than to sit there and be pulled out of your car and have god know's what done to you.

People can get pretty nuts on the roads, i've been in a couple of incidents and luckily enough i had mates in the car. Although they do force me to pull over so they can fuck the other guy up, nothing's happened though, they just drive off.

I'm normally the one getting agressive 'cause of all the shit drivers and the moves they pull.

Today, some old as fuck guy pulls up at the lights next to me, and leaves about 5 car lengths between the car infront. So we take off, get around the corner and he just drives into my lane, while i am right next to him. I served into the left lane, luckily there wasn't anything there, and started abusing the fucker. They shouldn't be allowed on the road.

thats so bad to hear i say get a couple of blokes with ya in the car and just drive around where it happened n if ya see him again sort him out then bloody bastards, i know what its like someone tried to carjack me once with a knife but no way i was goin to give it up i got away tho.

thanks guys. I havent seen him since but i still get a bit freaked out whenever i drive near where it happened.
Next time i will definately make sure that i get the number plate so i can find out where he lives....oh and maybe report him to the police, but with the type of car i have, you'll never know who they will believe.

Thank you so much for everyones support, i honestly didnt think i would get this kind of response, i just wanted to have a bitch about this guy. Good to see that all you guys have your head screwed on straight and are against violence against women. It's a sad thing that it is pretty much normal for a girl to get hit these days.
