I just wanted to rant because i went up to the shops to get my boss some food about half an hour ago, and parked outside and just as i was about to get out of the company car, a bus side swiped the drivers side. I in shock for a few seconds until the bus driver got out and proceeded to abuse me. Just when he was about to get back in and drive away, a guy eating at the restaurant next door saw what happened and dragged the bus driver back to me and took down his details for me. I started crying cos i thought i was gonna get fired. I managed to get back to work and my boss was fine with it cos i had all the details of the driver. Thank god for that man who helped me or i would still be up there balling my eyes out. End rant

imagine if that was YOUR car she was driving. glad to hear you are ok mandy!! and it sucks, but bus drivers arent always the best drivers on the road

But still hate buses. Just found out that the car is sold as well.
Needs a whole new front guard.

I swear the nerve of some people, bus drivers are right up there on my hit list with taxi drivers.

they're higher on the list than that with me. it's the old 'I'm bigger than you,so watch out' thing with them. I have a mate that actually drives buses (used to be a mechanic) and the stories he's told me just re-inforce everything I've always believed about how arrogant and mindless they can be.

I had one bus driver stop with a full load of passengers once and get out and try to go me after he nearly drove into my car when he pulled out from the kerb without indicating or looking. I had already driven 3/4 of the way past the bus,indicating the whole way and was turning into a side street when he decided to pull out from a stop on the corner without looking first,nearly going right through the N/S back door of my celsior,which he would have if I hadn't been looking and had gotten onto the power,putting it around the corner sideways to avoid the impact.

True joy is being on the same highway with truckies loaded with meth driving pineapples to Cambodia, just building up speed so they can make the jump across Cape York. thanks, but i almost was! I had the door open a little bit cos i was about to get out of the car and then the bus hit. Whats scarier is that this man was resposible for the 60ppl he had on the bus at the time.

I had a bus driver try to charge me $6 bucks to go from the city to Leichhardt! I stood there in my drunken stance where he continued to then ask for 5... I continued to stare, he then said something like $1.80.. friggen prick!

Pump up Mandy, my situation was a hell of a lot more intense and I only cried a little!
