was sittin at heathcote macca's last night when some old pissed shit head started throwing punches and decided to start hitting a chick friend of mine. he punched her in the face and kicked her in the stomach. after getting flogged by about 15 people and the cops rocked up. we later found out he got away with it cos the chick pushed him first. the fuck wit also decided to try and start more drama even though there was him and a few others and about 30 of us. now shouldnt he be charged with beating a chick even if she did push him first???

How old was this guy? I hope he got the shit kicked out of him.

I thought it was going to be about old people not being able to drive.

yeh we all should be charged but the cops said he was allowed to go home cos the chick pushed him so she wasnt even able to charge him. its a crock of fucking shit

He should be able to be charged, as he took excessive force to protect himself.

The law states that if someone threatens you, you can take equal or lesser force to protect yourself, which means if someone hits me over the head with a wooden baseball bat, I am able to use a wooden baseball bat to defent myself, but if I use a steel baseball bat, I am taking greater force, therefore breaking the law (probably a poor example).

why did she push him anyway? does suck that he beat up on her, but you need to get a grasp of both sides of the story, anyway the old guy cant be much of a man if he has to hit a woman (I was bought up to respect women, and even if a woman was laying some heavy blows into me, I would turn and walk away before trying to hit the woman to defend myself, a real man never has to hit a woman).

the charges were dropped as she would be un able to afford court fees and solicitors and what not and it would cost more if she lost.
