Well people, here's an interesting update:

The reason why I was stuck behind some stupid flog-offs like I was on the Pacific Highway was because I just happened to encounter a "rolling drag-strip".

What the dicks do is have 4 cars take off at the same time on the motorway, and 2 of them slow and block both lanes while the other 2 drive off at normal pace and scout for cops. Meanwhile, as the rolling blockade passes the desired exit, the racing tools come on, and travel slowly until they hit the 2 at the back of the blockade, and then it's on, they zoom off and race.

I knew the way they where driving was friggin stupid and illegal, but at the time I had no idea it was so much larger......

Anyways, wont have that problem much longer, will be back in Sydney on Friday :-)

B.

If somebody on the road started throwing ANYTHING at my car, they wouldn't be making it home

Have to agree that is unaceptable behaviour regardless of what stupidity they are performing. And in theory I totally agree with the comments made but in practice I say get a crap load more HP so you can whip past the MOFO's the first chance you get.

My favourite is when they do school zones on a weekend! Pittwater road is a 70km/h zone in narrabeen near my work, and some people just see the school zone signs and jump on the breaks!

Have some thought for us poor bastards that actually live there Mandy.
Yes, you too can have the joy of being pulled over for cops looking for a 'black sedan' which was doing 160 in a 60 zone, simply on the way to work or home!
(And delayed for an hour in the freezing cold while they figure out the difference between a coupe and a sedan or the velocity of an unladen swallow... or whatever the fuck theyre doing, seeing as they get paid by the hour.)
I mean aside from the fact that traffic cops are arseholes, hunting other retarded arseholes on the road which are doing something stupid, being lumped in with the retarded faction by simply living in the area is kinda degrading.
