when reversing you are meant to look out your rear window. Lowered or not, he should have been able to see your car if he was looking.
It's idiots like that that stop me from giving my car a nice paint job, there's no point really!

The LSD hindered my ability to get traction in reverse, thus the car didn't quite move in time to avoid the impact.

As those at the Dyno would have noticed (if they where looking for it) the mark is almost not noticable, but the photo's I took shows the mark up very nicely, and made it look quite impressive.

The guy would have struggled to see me, looking out the window or not, as I noticed when I was in the same position 2 days ago, there was an MX5 behind me, I could see him in the side mirrors, but even turning around and looking behind me, I could only see straight over the top.

The reason the other guy wouldn't have seen me was because I was directly behind him, and a Commondore being wider than the 180sx, I would have slipped nicely behind him without being seen in the side mirrors, and the slope hindering the view from the rear view and back window.

the LSD will actually help with traction, even in reverse - but a hurried dump of the clutch and sloping ground wouldn't help.
