on the other hand you get arrogant dickhead salesmen who love to make a sale, and are too pigheaded to admit when they are wrong, and to no end attempt to justify their actions. sorry warlock not directed at you just having a rant, had a fucker of a day :-?

I hate people that dont pay for their shit until you fix up one of their mistakes

Them: "Oh, i wanted that to be purple!"

Me: "Was it purple on the proof?"

Them: "No"

Me: " :-? "

Them: "Well?"

Me: "I'll fix it "fuck you

thats quite unreasonable. though u do get salesmen who fuck up an order, after you have paid for it, delay a returning payment, AND FURTHERMORE bitch and moan to their collegues and whoever else they come into contact with that the customer was difficult to deal with.

though i do understand if their bosses are fire-breathing shit shovelling, slave drivers who expect the world for a peanut wage. ive been there before, working in sales was not very enjoyable, bloody hell my boss was a barstard, and a lying one too. its a wonder i got paid(others didnt) at the end of the exhibition, however ive gone off on a tangent. :-?

Ive watched my dad dealing with people whos car he's fixes. I have never seen the person pay the quoted price. It fukin shits me, and it's got nothing to do with me. Everytime when they drop the car off..."oh can you fix that as well, and that"...then when they pick it up..."ive only got this much, is that alright?"

I remember fergo had this very rant a while back, and it holds true.

People are always quite happy to spend big money on performance or rice but when it comes time to fix it they want it done for nothing. To an extent, i'm the same, but my meaning of nothing is i get my hands dirty.

not far off from where im comin from, for eg: ill give a quote on say, to do a business car in x amount of vinyl for x price. once x amount of vinyl has been designed and applied that exact way they wanted it............here it come "oh, do you know what i think would look really nice?...." and "do you think we could........."
and think they only have to pay for the original agreed work, arrrrrrrrrrrgh shit's me

I certainly did,I'm glad someone paid attention to it,and can relate.

Warlock, you're not the only one, mechanics cop this sort of crap everyday.
and remember, the customer is RARELY right. it's up to you though to make him go away THINKING that he's won.
