That sounds real dodgy and u could probably get out of a 10 over fine coz its at the bottom of a hill unless there is a signifigant distance of flat at the bottom of the hill and thats where it is.

Yeah, QIK180, they have put it right on the little bit of Penno Hills rd you need to drive on. sux hard arse.... but then, you LIKE to take the dodgy back way....

There is one other way to *sortof* avoid a speeding/red light camera fine... they can't issue a summons more than 6 months after the date of the offence, so if you delay for this long (eg by passing the fine around by way of stat decs), they wont be able to give you a summons. However, you probably still need to pay the fine.

alternatively, get the summons, go to court, and then, when in court, say that you weren't the driver (plead ignorance if need be), and ask the judge to issue a summons to someone else, which he can't do cos it would have been more than 6 months after the offense date, and you (of course) pretend you don't know the 6 month rule. heh
