My brother drives an old commodore. Nothing special but when he first got his job he worked his ass for weeks saving up for it.

Feeling like a generous big brother i gave him the amp and subs out of my old car which i wrote off.

Anyways, going to work this morning he parked his car at the train station and caught the train to work.
He return to his car finding the window smashed. Inside they took the whole system apart from the amp cos it was screwed into the car.
They also broke into another 2 cars.

But get this, the lowlife scumbags even took the steering wheel. Steering wheel was nothing special, some holden racing one that looked pretty stock anyways.

Caus of this I had to lend him money to get it towed home. DAMN THIEVES! The cops left a business card saying to contact the station as they took prints from the car and were "conducting further investigations"

On the bright side, the towie told us he heard it on the scanner and someone got their rego plates. :P

Why must people fuck with other peoples cars???? Dont they know that a mans car is his pride and joy? Anyways, i'm conducting my own investigation with the local boys and might have to take a baseball bat across the side of someones face!!!!

[end rant]

I don't see why these losers vandalise cars. Is it jealously?

The amount of times ive heard...my car has been stolen, keyed, etc in the past few months is ridiculous. I tell you, if some little cunt keyed my car, after having full respray and everything, he wouldn't want to be there while i was there, i dont think i 'd be able to control myself.

you should be able to leave your car places and not have to worry about it being stolen, broken into, vandalised, etc.

It pisses me off just hearing about it

likewise

It should be the right and privilege of the owner of a car thats been vandalised or broken into to drag the culprit(s) face down behind the car until satisfaction has been achieved

I keep spare zip ties in my glove box, to re-attach my sub box to my rear strut brace if I ever need to cut it loose.

Cops use zip ties instead of handcuffs for large arrests, etc.

...see the connection?

Just a thought :)

yeah, how did you know?
he parks his car there everyday.
Usually under the surveilance camera's but he didnt find any parking today because he went to work late.
My brothers not really to fussed to get the stuff back as the dvd deck was a cheap one from ebay and he got the subs for free from me.
But he's furious that they felt the need to break the window AND fuck the locks AND TAKE HIS STEERING WHEEL!!!!
Its alot for a young bloke working a traineeship and only making $300 a week.

i feel for the guy.

I picked up my girlfriend from work last friday and took her to the station to pick up her car, when we get there the drivers side window is smashed, the passenger side window has big scratches in the glass and the door is dented where some idiot vandals decide they would throw chunks of concrete at it...they didnt even try and take anything which was lucky i guess.

Still cost me $311 for a new window.
