Terrible curse. Kinda like my last car except my replacement engine lasted a couple of years before dropping an apex seal.

I think thats actually the correct one; When I got home after the engine blew, my computer started crashing... cause= dead RAM stick

And mayhem is correct - I want lawsys engine!

If my mum doesnt get it into her head that asking for a warranty is completely fucking rediculous, ill have to source the money from other means. A friend has offered to lend me the money, but Id rather not borrow money from a friend if at all possible (especially the sort of money we're talking about!)

HA 1 pwn3d j00!!

Convinced my mum that a warranty was a bullshit idea - and picked up the engine today. Hopefully it will be in by next sunday!

Weve come to the conclusion that my chassis is pretty bent now, however.. CRAPPETY CRAP CRAP CRAP!

Chances are pretty low. I think Ark just attracts bad luck

He is really just a magnet for bad luck.

Actualy this cut was one that Gunmetal was looking at to I think. Lucky him!

Of all the ones ive converted from just jap this is the only one to ever have a dodgy engine.

I think you should just try to get the damn car on the road for more than a week before worrying about mods mate :P

UPDATE:

New engine is in! AND IT RUNS!

However, we couldnt expect that to be all... I managed to bend a power steering line in the install process. It seems to be bent in the bolt thingy (technical term) on the rack itself.

Im guessing the bent bit has become an oval, and fluid is leaking past it..

Well done! :P That looks like a relatively easy fix, once you find the parts?
