I knew i read it on here before and i looked it up, the post about being defected without being pulled over.

Well now this has happened to me!! what a load of shit im so pissed off.

I recieved a defective vehicle notice for " An authorised officer reasonably suspects or is satisfied that the above mentioned vehicle does not comply with blah blah blah fat rich white men in suits...

This is bullshit of all the exhausts i have seen mine has got to be one of the quitest i've ever heard. it's a 3 inch turbo back magnaflow if anyone was wondering.

Anyway i hadn't been pulled over for at least 8 months WTF???? do i really have to go and get it inspected their saying i have to go to lidcombe EPA.

F that i say.

Also im worried if the notice has only been giving for my exhaust are they going to pick other defects out as well while it's being done? Because if they are i might as well skip town now..
My exhaust should not be a problem but the car is very low and i have a pod uncovered.

I'm so F'n angry that some lame faggot pig would see my car on the street and decide i'm going to make his life hell... if i can't have that car no one can... j/k but im still very pissed off.

What did you do when they sent this to you NR?? (NR being the author of the post in the link aboive).

Any input would be appreciated guys.

It could be that your neighbours or someone on the roads took down you plates and reported the car, not only if the police saw your car in person.

Bad luck, but what can you do - whack a standard cat back exhaust and pod on it, get it passed and dont let it bother you.

and i know that my car is louder than your car persecuted, heheheh, hey man, do u still have standard air box still? and std exhaust? might be worth while to at least put those back on if u going to get it inspected.... sux man, i know.

one thing i dont do is shit in my own backyard

and what i mean by that is that i dont 'hoon' etc around my suburb. im not saying you do this, but maybe there IS someone that doesnt like ur car

Hey guys found out who it was and i remember now too. Some EPA officer on the M4 i remember going past him i think i may have been giving a bit of throttle but as if he can make that accusation on the M4 in quite a bit of traffic.

I don't hoon around my neighbourhood either. Well hardly anywhere now got 1 point left on my license.

I called up the EPA to protest she said there's nothing i can do, i asked how and she said it was reported by an EPA officer on M4 i said well he's full of crap and tried to argue.

She said he's actually quite and experienced officer and i said well he needs to be re-evaluated or maybe even fired. I tried to dispute and she said i can't she said i can write them a letter i doubt it will get anywhere but i shall try.

Same happened to me, made me drive up to Lidcombe twice from wollongong.
I failed the first test then switched back to a standard zorst and only just
passed. all in all it was a very shithouse experience and I couldn't do anything
about it
