the more they want make their GTS-T look like a GTR, the better you will look better when you beat them at the lights..

Was I gonna wait till 2008 till I found a jap spec s15 at the auctions?

Was I not gonna remove the "nissan badge" and replace it with the "s" badge at the front of MY silvia and remove the rest of the badges, afterall, I did respray the whole car. Did the debadging further define the shape
of the car? Is the silvia badge more stylish then the nissan badge? And while where at it, does it really matter?
Do we really buy these cars and care if they have to be returned to
stock or not. Is it really worth it to have value in anything other then yourself?
And heres another one, whats more personal the cold hardened calculation
of digits or a spoken name silvia vrs 200sx?. Guys, do you actually know
what your cars represent?

Why do you think that I have only one silvia set cover and thats, drivers
side only? What would you guys be doing without your car? Do any of you guys actually think at all?

My mate has an R33 GTS-25t, and he also has an RB30DETTw/6speed... I reckon if he wanted to put a GTR badge on it id just clap :D

Zei20l the guy you quoted is having a laugh at himself as he has a ADM and due to misfortune had to reaplce certain parts, it just so happened that JDM parts were cheaper.
Then he just continued to use JDM parts.

Plus I like the S badge better then the Nissan badge, thats why I put mine on.

GTR badge on a GTS is totaly different IMO.

that car resides in kirribilli, sydney, next to a modified hummer. they, along side with a velvet -skinned(made of velvet but air-brushed on to it an american flag) HQ holden belong to my mate, john howard.



really......who cares who drives wot car that anyone(me,you) sees on the street. its not mine so i 'll just drive my own. not saying that i wont admire that car but as i said its not mine and it ends there.

but thats just my view. dont blast me if u dont agree.

p.s. actually i WOULD be interested to know if any one of my friends is driving a gtr-badged gtst behind my back.

My mate had his GTR in a recent wild on wheels show up here, it was the only GTR at the event and another mate of a mate had his dressed up GTS-T with GTR badges on there as well!

Lots of people thought it was a GTR it was funny watching them lookin at it and commenting on it and shit but the real good part was when the judging came around and this blokes GTS-T wins the best 4wd at the event!!!!!

And he proudly accepts his trophy and my mates fully done up GTR doesnt even get a look!

You can buy Type-R badges from your Honda dealer, and then fit them on...whatever.

If I managed to bullshit a bunch of supposed "car enthusiasts" I'd be pretty fucking proud of myself as well.

Of course, the next day, I'd be the first person to rubbish the event and the judges on every car-related forum out there for being a bunch of clueless fuckwits that can't pick a 2WD car from a 4WD one.

I think the GTS-T looks way better than the GTR (R33 im talking)

GTS-T = meaner look :P

i dont mind moded or dun up gts-t as long as u dont put gtr badges on it, i think thats the discussion here, mod ur gts as much as u want but dont try and pass it off as a gtr only fooling urself really :-?
my relo has an 11 sec gts-t he took the gts badges off but didnt stick gtr ones in thre place, its like those hsv wanna bes can spot them miles off.
the gts and gtr totally diff cars underneath, the awd is just one part of the car that is diff not to mention other stuff, thats where the real diff is anyway not in how the bumpers look etc. :-?
the thing about 200sx and silvia they are basically the same car, apart from the extra goodies, they have really just rebadged and detuned the same car for oz, the gtr and gts on the other hand where not rebadged they are totally diff cars.

was it a gts-4 or gts-t they r the same car but the 4 is awd
