Post subject: | R200 VISCOUS DIFF TIGHTENING |
How you going? I was wondering if you guys can help me. I have a R200 diff that needs tightening. Ive read the post on Datnet (datsun website) on how to tighten it but when i pulled my diff apart the inside of my viscous diff was totally different to the viscous diff described. The diff described had a shim inside where as mine has a series of metal plates stacked ontop of each other on the inside. The shim which i bought for my diff is smaller in diameter from the inside where my diff requires one larger in diameter. Is it possible to get a shim that is wider in diameter? If you can help me it would great. If you need further information let me know. Thanx |
