Someone throw me a bone. Bought a second hand turbo (t28bb), trying to find where the vacuum line from the wastegate terminates into the front compressor housing but it isn't immediately obvious. Does anyone have a pic of where the stock location is that that it plumbs back to? I think this turbo is missing the brass 90 connector. Thanks |

Stock isn't into the compressor housing,it's into the hot pipe IIRC. That would explain why you can't find it,it's not done that way from factory. The aftermarket turbo won't be tapped for it either,although there will likely be a cast flat area in the housing where you could drill and tap into it to install a fitting to connect to. Justin... |

I see said the blind man. I'm used to working with old 80's T3 technology. Looks like I'll tap a bung into the hot pipe then, cheers! |
