Ok I'm running a 180 with some problems, and I'm not sure whether they are major or minor either. Can someone (ANYONE !) point me in the right direction as to go about fixing them please, PLEAASEEE help.

1. My turbo seems to be making a really high pitch sound, I originally thought it sounded ok under I realised it was a problem with the turbo. I've been to a few mechanics and they all say different things. So does anyone know of any mechanics who deal with turbos can you please reply ?

2. When I reverse this even louder sound goes off, occassionally. I'm guessing it's not a good sign either, does anyone know what the problem could be ? Or how I can try to fix it myself (I have a few mods to do so I really need to be budget efficient).

Thanks

Have you checked the bolts holding the turbo and manifold? If you find or have found loose bolts, it might be a good idea to replace appropriate gaskets.. I had similar 'sound' when I had my ET pulsar. Although I wont be getting those probs anymore since I'm now in a Q's

I currently also get a sound when reversing and i lightly touch the brakes. I've put it down to the pads wearing in the other direction so when in reverse it kinda goes against the grain.

Anyway, hope this helps.

DeLuxe.

it's exactly what the above person says.
I concure with the mechaning noise when reversing maybe becaus of your brake pads and it going agains the grain, it a maybe with uncertamity.

I'm un able to help you with the noise with the turbo, I highly recoment that you see a turbo specialist. Any noise comming from the engin isnt helthy for the car, get it checked out.

So I guess your gonna be looking in the yalla pages AI! heheehhe
