I really doubt Luis has any idea how to rebuild shocks. This takes specialist equipment.
If you are lucky, then Heasmans might be able to do it otherwise there is a mob in Qld that can rebuild coilovers. Cant remember their name at the moment but i'm sure someone will

My thoughts were he may have no idea but he should have contacts that can do it and more than likely they would be local :)
