Heya,

I have a problem with my drivers side door, it does not lock, even from the inside, the locking mechanism is very still and no matter how much force is put on it it doesn’t want to engage and lock the door, anyone know why this is or has had a similar problem?

it's probably the locking mechanism itself is jammed
you will need to remove the door trim and replace the locking mechanism

Mine is doing the same. I suspect my mum shut the seatbelt in the door last time she borrowed my car :(
Been too lazy to fix it since I only drive to and from work (work is a private carpark)

Ive done that heaps tho in my 180, never been a problem, but Ive sourced a new door so just need to chuck the mechanism into my car and see if that fixes it
