I personally like the x-force cat myself. (brand whoring is bad.)
I recommend the x-force, mate has one and it seems to have a good flow.

That's just my 2 cents though.

i got an xforce one. its pretty good for my application.

if your not running that much power either cat is good. if your running high power look into getting a metal cat.

I had an xforce
then punched it out - made no power difference
then got an expensive metal 100cell cat
still no power difference, so just stick with the xforce they flow just as good as a $400 cat

I'm fairly indifferent when it comes to the stock type ceramic cats. They are all much the same.

I was pretty pissed off when my catco 5inch metal substrate thing decided to fall apart....

I have a turbo-back x-force stainless 3" system and i'm making 232rwkw with the std cams so id say you have no flow problems there...

I dont like catco simply for their poor business practices, go over on skylines australia and search catco and magic cats. catco basically slandered magic cats claiming they were inferior and didnt function properly and then couldn't back up their claims.
Matt from Magic knew about this, but he decided to take the high ground and not get into the argument and rather let the user reviews and testing speak for itself.

and hence this is my opinion which i'm entitled to, and why I recommend people to stay away from them.

ive had a x-force it lasted a couple years before cracking i think it only cracked due to the abuse from the cars tune (lots or cracking/back fire type stuff ;) )

I've bought the X-Force Cat and installed it in my old RB20DET 180SX, total loss of power, ended up just bashing its guts out.

Quite restrictive from my experience
