Hey whats up guys? Here i am again with another one of my questions. Will a pair of HKS 264 step 1 Cams fit into a SR20DE (made for DET) and work fine? I called HKS USA and they said they had no idea and when they test thier cams, they only test them for the setup they were designed for. Has anyone been daring and tried it or is it a total no no. Any info is always very much appreciated....thanks, peace.

Yes they will fit.

They wont be optimized for Natural Aspirated use, but will be a step up from the stockers

Frickin awesome man...u made my day. Thanks for the quick reply. 2 last questions...Will i notice a significant diff and if i visit Aus where is the best place to go (a lil off topic) as far as the import scene?

You will notice some difference, but i don't know if it will be significant. You will really struggle to make any significant gains out of an NA engine without having to rev it to 9k and spend millions on it. Your best bang for buck would be a turbo conversion.

Unfortunately the police have been cracking down on the import scene in Australia so it is much less active than it used to be
