car is a s14a originally auto converted to manual.

Was running s15 jdm loom and ecu.

Put s14a auto loom and ecu back in, now won't start.

Everything has power, but no spark.

Bridged wires at auto selector, no change.

Checked all fuses.

Checked all the usual stuff

Any ideas?

Did you check the 2 earth wires which are attached to the rear of the plenum?

All good, didn't connect the boost solenoid.

For some reason coil trigger runs through it :)
