so ive got some new tie rods to put in the car, but ive noticed a bit of a whining noise comming from my power steering and it seems to be leaking a bit of fluid, its an s13, ive noticed that alot of people put in s14 and s15 racks intyo their s13s and was wondering how expensive it is to do or can you do it in the garage, as the last thing i want to do is replace the tie rods then have to do the rack later.

you can use S13 tie rods and tie rod ends in an S14/S15 rack, pretty easy to do. btw if you need a non leaking S13 rack I have a spare $100

if you have to ask about how difficult it is to replace steering components, you should get someone else to do it.
